PerRobotics 2027

Pervasive Robotics: Sensing, Intelligence, and Coordination for Human-Centered Smart Environments

VenueGoa, India
Conference DatesMarch 8-12, 2027

Robots as Pervasive Computing Agents

Robots are becoming embodied components of smart environments. PerRobotics 2027 will bring together researchers working across pervasive computing, robotics, sensing, IoT, edge intelligence, mobile and distributed systems, cyber-physical systems, and human-computer interaction.

Sense

Context-aware robotic perception using mobile, wearable, environmental, and infrastructure-based sensors.

Think

Real-time edge, fog, cloud, and foundation-model intelligence for resource-constrained robotic systems.

Coordinate

Safe human-robot and multi-robot coordination across dynamic, connected, and human-centered environments.

Submission Guidelines

All submissions and reviews will go through the official PerCom conference management system, HotCRP. The workshop track link will be posted here when available.

Paper Requirements

  • Workshop papers follow the standard PerCom workshop length limit: 6 pages.
  • Authors may include 1 additional page, for a maximum of 7 pages total.
  • All accepted papers must be presented in person by a designated presenter, preferably one of the authors.
  • Proxy or remote presentations are not allowed unless pre-approved by the workshop chairs, general chairs, and steering committee at least one week in advance.

Registration Policy

  • PerCom does not have a workshop-only registration fee.
  • Each accepted paper requires full PerCom registration.
  • There is no student-rate registration for accepted workshop papers.
  • Papers without a valid full registration or that are not presented in-person will be excluded from the proceedings.
